It has been quite a full few months in the world. So much has transpired in such a short amount of time: a long & historic U.S. presidential race and election, extreme weather, unrest in the Middle East.
We are experiencing a monumental time in history. And for many of us, a monumental time on the personal level as well.
I have heard from so many clients and Soulful Coaching community members of recent intense experiences, openings, revelations, difficulties, and celebrations.
What a reminder of the absolute fullness of life. A reminder to hold it sacred. To hold yourself sacred. To be present. To love with your full heart.
Whether you celebrate American Thanksgiving or not, I am wishing each of you a meaningful, healthy, and joyous season.
Be good to yourself. Remember how valuable you are. Enjoy your friends and family and loved ones.
